DiDi is seeking a Driver Growth Analyst in Colombia to drive data-driven insights into driver quality, conversion, and retention across SSL markets. You will build dashboards and forecasting tools, track KPI performance by city, and collaborate with product, operations, incentives, and CX to refine programs.

Formación

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills grounded in data.
• Experience building tools or dashboards (bonus if AI-assisted).
• Ability to coordinate across countries and functions and present findings to senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end analysis of driver quality, conversion, and retention across SSL countries.
• Build and maintain daily tools: dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting.
• Track and report core KPIs by country/city/product line.
• Partner with regions and cross-functional teams to design and test incentive/retention programs.
• Coordinate data-quality processes across countries and drive fixes with local teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in clear narratives.
• Drive AI adoption; build workflows/tools with AI and train teammates.
• Mentor juniors or interns to independently own parts of the operation.
