Lisinski Law Firm seeks a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth through strategic paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and beyond. You will partner with leadership to develop high-impact ad concepts based on performance data and market insights.

You will own budgeting, pacing, and daily monitoring to hit ROAS and lead targets while collaborating with marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in business or marketing analysis/ media analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns and optimizations.
• Proven background in media attribution, conversion tracking, and forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive leads and conversions.
• Lead campaign pacing, budget management, and daily performance oversight.
• Measure performance with ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and total conversions.
• Analyze audience behavior, trends, and platform insights to refine targeting.
• Provide actionable insights to marketing and creative teams to boost performance.
• Perform competitor and market analysis to uncover optimization opportunities.
