Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth via paid media across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and more. You’ll optimize campaigns to maximize leads and conversions based on ROAS, CTR, and CPC metrics.

You'll work with analytics tools (GA4, Tableau/Power BI), manage budgets, report insights, and explore new channels to scale lead generation. Mon-Fri 8 AM-5 PM EST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field.
• 2–3+ years in marketing/analysis or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with paid search campaigns and optimizations.
• Knowledge of attribution, conversion tracking and forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and data tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Lead budget management and pacing to meet goals.
• Measure performance with ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
• Analyze audience behavior and trends to refine targeting.
• Provide actionable insights to marketing and creative teams.
• Collaborate on channel testing and expansion opportunities.
