Job summary

InsuranceRevenue.com is seeking a tenacious Affiliate & Influencer Partnership Manager. You will scale the partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding top-performing affiliates and digital creators in the US market.

You will manage payouts, optimize campaigns, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with media buyers and creators across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Affiliate/Partnership management or influencer acquisition.
• Proven track record cold-outreaching, negotiating, and closing partnerships from scratch.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, EPC, ROAS) and attribution mechanics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for multiple partner conversations.

Responsibilities

• Hunt, recruit, onboard, and optimize traditional affiliates and digital influencers.
• Negotiate payout models (CPA, CPL, CPC, RevShare, and hybrid) and manage partnerships.
• Set up tracking links, pixels, sub-IDs, and landing flows for partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and push for profitability for InsuranceRevenue.com and partners.
