Job summary

Somewhere is a fast-growing D2C health and wellness brand building a creator and affiliate engine to scale revenue. We are seeking an influencer marketing & affiliate manager to source creators, negotiate partnerships, and manage seeding and affiliate links.

You will own the outreach pipeline, manage creator relationships, and collaborate with our marketing team to turn organic content into paid campaigns while maintaining brand voice and compliance across LATAM and global audiences.

Qualifications

• D2C Creator experience: manage influencer marketing, affiliate networks, or brand ambassador programs for a D2C brand (2+ years).
• Relentless execution: handle dozens of conversations with attention to detail.
• Highly organized: proficient with spreadsheets, CRM pipelines, and automated tracking.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outreach & Network Building: scout, vet and recruit influencers, affiliates, and health advocates; conduct persistent outreach via Instagram, email, and platforms; negotiate terms and commissions.
• Creator Army Management & Relationship Operations: manage product seeding, contracts, and unique affiliate links; build long-term relationships with top creators.
• Performance Tracking & Revenue Optimization: analyze affiliate/influencer performance using Shopify/Refersion/Social Snowball/Grin; support paid campaigns with winning content.
