InsuranceRevenue.com is seeking a tenacious Affiliate & Influencer Partnership Manager. You will scale the partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding top-performing affiliates and digital creators in the US market.

You will manage payouts, optimize campaigns, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with media buyers and creators across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Role Overview

We are looking for a tenacious, relationship-driven Affiliate & Influencer Partnership Manager to scale our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be the primary growth engine behind our supply-side partnerships—hunting, recruiting, onboarding, and optimizing both traditional performance affiliates and digital influencers.

Your mission is simple: find partners with high-intent audiences, get them live on our US insurance offers, and help them scale profitably. If you know how to speak the language of media buyers (CPL, CPA, CPC, EPC, RTB/Ping-Post) just as fluently as you negotiate hybrid deals with personal finance creators on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Hunting & Recruitment (60%)

• Proactive Outbound Sourcing: Identify, pitch, and recruit top-performing affiliate marketers, media buyers (Meta, TikTok, Native, Paid Search), comparison sites, email marketers, and newsletter operators.

• Influencer & Creator Acquisition: Source and onboard personal finance, automotive, homeownership, and lifestyle influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and podcast networks who can drive high-intent US consumer traffic.

• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Negotiate competitive, margin-positive payout models including CPA, CPL, CPC, RevShare, and hybrid/flat-fee creator sponsorships.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined outbound recruitment pipeline, consistently hitting weekly and monthly outreach and activation targets.

Onboarding, Activation & Optimization (30%)

• Fast-Track Onboarding: Guide new partners from contract sign-off to live traffic. Set up tracking links, pixels/postbacks, sub-IDs, and custom landing page flows.

• Creative & Angle Strategy: Work closely with influencers and media buyers to supply high-converting ad creatives, compliant scripts, hooks, and landing page recommendations tailored to the US insurance market.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor daily traffic quality, conversion rates (CVR), Earnings Per Click (EPC), and lead backing-out metrics with insurance buyers to ensure campaigns remain profitable for both the partner and InsuranceRevenue.com.

• Relationship Nurturing: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your book of business, turning test budgets into uncapped daily volume through proactive communication on Slack, Telegram, Teams, and email.

Compliance & Quality Control (10%)

• Traffic Quality & Fraud Prevention: Monitor incoming traffic and leads for anomalies, bot activity, or non-compliant promotional methods.

• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all affiliate ads and influencer content strictly follow US insurance marketing regulations, TCPA guidelines, FTC disclosure rules, and carrier-specific brand safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Proven Recruitment Track Record: 2–5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, Partnership Manager, or Talent/Influencer Acquisition Manager in a performance-driven environment.

• Sales & Networking DNA: A "hunter" mentality with demonstrable success cold-outreaching, negotiating, and closing partnerships from scratch.

• Analytical Fluency: Deep comfort with performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, EPC, LTV, ROAS, CR%) and attribution mechanics (server-to-server postbacks, pixels, UTM parameters).

• Communication Excellence: Sharp written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes partner conversations simultaneously.

Strong Pluses (Preferred Qualifications):

• US Offers Experience: Prior experience managing and scaling affiliate campaigns specifically targeting US consumers.

• Vertical Expertise: Direct experience in the Insurance (Auto, Home), Personal Finance, FinTech, Mortgage, or high-ticket Lead Generation verticals (familiarity with Ping-Post or Pay-Per-Call models is a major advantage).

• Existing Book of Business: An established network of US-focused media buyers, affiliate networks, or finance/lifestyle creators ready to test new offers.

• Tech Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience with major tracking and affiliate platforms (e.g., Everflow, Tune/HasOffers, Cake, Impact, Leadspedia, or Ringba).
