United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Colombia seeks an Operations Associate for the Volunteer Services Centre to deliver end-to-end recruitment and contract administration, ensuring COS compliance and timely onboarding for UN Volunteers.

You will coordinate with regional offices, host entities and partners, manage data in volunteer systems, and provide guidance on policies, benefits, and entitlements to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Formación

• Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience with Secondary Education, or three (3) years with a Bachelor’s Degree, in human resources management, including experience supporting recruitment processes, is required at the national or international level.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experience using web-based recruitment systems and digital collaboration tools to coordinate work with colleagues and stakeholders across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recruitment services in adherence to UN Volunteers’ Conditions of Service, regulations and policies.
• Verify DOAs and guide on DOA design for host entities and UNV offices.
• Advertise assignments in line with processes and identify suitable UN Volunteer candidates.
• Record actions and data in volunteer management systems and ensure accurate data management.
