Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5+ years of international recruitment experience.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment assignments in complex environments in Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders in large organizations.
• Excellent written/spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client groups.
• Develop talent pipelines and advise on recruitment strategies.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM to track candidates and generate metrics.
• Support change management and adoption of a new recruitment model.
