• Leverage global sourcing and screening to meet client needs.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using mapping and market insights.
• Provide recruitment guidance and drive adoption of new recruitment model regionally.
• Conduct compensation evaluations and negotiate offers based on market data.
• Demonstrate candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter to track candidates and generate metrics.
• Contribute to team initiatives and share best practices.
