TransPerfect in Medellín seeks a talented Recruiter to drive end-to-end sourcing for diverse projects across North America and globally. You will post and research job boards, engage candidates, and build scalable talent funnels to meet high-volume needs.

You will apply creative sourcing, utilize social networks, track KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve workflows in a multinational, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates within North America.
• Experience posting and researching job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, niche boards).
• Hands-on experience with ATS and resource management tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates for diverse projects and programs (screen, interview, qualify).
• Conduct advanced job-board research to identify effective posting channels.
• Create and post job advertisements on multiple boards and communities.
• Apply creative sourcing to identify niche or hard-to-find talent.
• Support crowd recruitment across multiple markets and high-volume needs.
• Build scalable sourcing funnels and track recruitment KPIs.
