Job Description – Talent Sourcer

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our team in Medellín. As a Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential candidates to support our recruitment processes across multiple industries and roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive searches for qualified candidates using various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, etc.).
• Pre-screen candidates based on role requirements and present shortlists to recruiters.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and sourcing trackers.
• Draft outreach messages and job advertisements aligned with each search.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Support initial stages of candidate engagement and scheduling when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting support roles.
• Intermediate English level (written and verbal communication).
• Strong research and online sourcing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
