EF Education First in Medellin, Colombia, seeks a Sales Coordinator to grow our student recruitment pipeline and guide prospective students through enrollment, with no scripts and meaningful conversations. You will work with a global team, manage your own pipeline, host information meetings, and support events and marketing efforts.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Tourism.
• Up to 1 year of full-time experience ideal.
• Upper-intermediate English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own your sales pipeline from first contact to enrollment.
• Conduct consultations and virtual meetings with prospective students.
• Host information meetings to present our programs.
• Make welcome calls to nurture relationships after initial contact.
• Develop nurturing strategies via email and social media to engage prospects.
