EF Language Abroad in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage the full sales pipeline from outreach to enrollment. You’ll conduct consultations, host information meetings, and nurture prospects with tailored communications.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, CRM usage, and cross-functional participation in events and campaigns. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or tourism plus English proficiency is expected.

Formación

• Education requirements: bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, tourism, or related field.
• Experience: any professional experience; up to 1 year ideal.
• Language: upper-intermediate English; additional languages a plus.
• International experience is a nice-to-have.

Responsabilidades

• Own your sales pipeline from end to end, from first contact to enrollment.
• Conduct consultations and virtual office meetings with prospective students.
• Host information meetings to present programs.
• Make welcome home calls to nurture relationships after initial contact.
• Develop personalized nurturing via email and social media throughout the funnel.
• Represent EF at fairs and events; support marketing campaigns and content creation.
• Assist with localizing materials and handling operational tasks.
