Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support the end-to-end revenue cycle for our global business from Colombia. The role collaborates with U.S.-based Sales, Invoicing, Collections, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate revenue processing, timely billing, and strong financial controls.

The ideal candidate excels with Excel, processes high data volumes, and communicates effectively in English.

Formación

• Strong Excel skills with large data sets, formulas, and reconciliation.
• 2+ years in billing, accounts receivable, revenue ops, or finance.
• High attention to detail with data accuracy and validation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with U.S.-based teams or global clients is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily revenue operations across verifications, invoicing, and AR.
• Review, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data.
• Partner with U.S.-based teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and reconciliations.
• Analyze data trends to identify issues and process improvements.
• Meet deadlines aligned to revenue cycle timelines.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and global customers.
