Factored, a Colombian-based finance-focused company, seeks a Finance Analyst to support the finance and accounting team with revenue recognition. The role will manage billing, collections, and client financial relations, applying US GAAP and IFRS.

You will handle AR and billing end-to-end, monitor portfolio performance, and perform revenue variance analysis (MoM and vs forecast) while reporting insights to stakeholders. Fluent English and Spanish are required, along with a Colombian CPA license.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• +4 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Excel with data analysis skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be a CPA in Colombia (active license).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end AR and billing processes with accurate invoicing.
• Oversee AR portfolio management and proactive collections.
• Conduct revenue analysis, track variances vs forecast and MoM, report findings.
• Build strong client relationships regarding billing and payments.
• Apply US GAAP and IFRS to revenue recognition.
