Lean Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support our billing operations in Colombia. You will process billing requests, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate records while ensuring timely submissions and client responsiveness.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of billing or AR experience, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and proficiency with e-billing platforms. English at B2+ is required.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in billing or related financial operations.
• English level: B2+ (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with e-billing platforms or billing management systems.
• Ability to review invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Process billing requests and enter data accurately.
• Review and reconcile invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor billing statuses and respond to client requests.
• Perform e-billing actions including submissions and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve rejected invoices and discrepancies.
• Maintain billing records and reconciliation logs.
• Generate billing reports to support monthly activities.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve billing inquiries.
