Ozeol International is seeking a driven Prospector to act as the Front-line Hunter of our global purchasing pipeline. You will scan markets, qualify suppliers, and initiate international relationships to open doors for our global buying process, with a clear path toward becoming an International Buyer.

This role emphasizes market insight, cross-border collaboration, and data-driven supplier management in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Trading, Procurement management, or related field.
• Experience: background in Sourcing, Sales or Trading highly valued (Outbound Sales, Business Development, Sourcing Specialist, Market Development).
• Commercial mindset: ability to think strategically about procurement and sales.
• English proficiency: excellent English to communicate with international suppliers.
• Excel: proficient in Excel or similar tools to manage data sheets and stock information.

Responsibilities

• Market Prospecting: identify new suppliers via internet, trade fairs, magazines, and international databases.
• Supplier Assessment: evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, time, quality and reliability.
• Work with Internationals: engage with suppliers from various countries with clear communication.
• Coordinate with Internal Teams: collaborate with sales and logistics to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
• Data Management: build and maintain qualified supplier files for the global database.
