Job summary

Talentum Headhunting is seeking an Operations Specialist to coordinate field procurement, suppliers, and projects across markets for an international company supporting high‑level military clients.

In this hands‑on role you will manage day‑to‑day operations, negotiate with suppliers, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery while traveling internationally on short notice as project needs require.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or field operations is a plus.
• Experience coordinating projects and operations in the field.
• Availability to travel internationally on short notice, including extended assignments depending on the project.
• Valid passport and flexibility regarding travel and working schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and field projects.
• Lead procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and service conditions with suppliers.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor quality, safety, service levels, and operational performance.
• Prepare quotes and offers in coordination with the Area Manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to customers and suppliers.
