• 0–4 years of professional experience in business, research, or client-facing roles.
• Business-fluent English for outreach and engagement.
• Eligible to work in Colombia.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask across projects.

• Interest in sourcing experts and building client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Get smart on new markets and client needs to shape sourcing strategies.
• Source experts via LinkedIn, databases, and online tools.
• Make initial outreach through calls, emails, and messages.
• Persuade and negotiate participation in projects with professionals.
• Conduct screening calls to assess expertise and fit.
• Ensure compliance and data security per policies.
• Hit daily and monthly KPI targets.
