Hyland is seeking a Manager, Proposal Services to lead a global team delivering high-quality proposal materials that support revenue objectives. The role emphasizes AI adoption, process improvement, and offshore resourcing across regions, with a strong focus on quality and strategic partnership with sales leadership.

The role requires 5–7 years in Proposal Services or related fields, experience leading distributed teams, and a track record of KPI reporting to senior leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in Proposal Services or related field; leading teams preferred.
• Experience leading distributed or offshore global teams.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI or automation in business processes.
• Experience developing, reporting, and presenting KPIs to senior leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead global Proposal Services expansion across regions, including staffing and offshore Resourcing.
• Establish and maintain quality controls for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, cost proposals, and other Tier 1 deliverables.
• Partner with sales leadership to align team priorities with pipeline needs and provide operational recommendations.
• Lead adoption and measurement of AI, automation, and other technologies across the proposal lifecycle.
• Define department benchmarks, protocols, and objectives; evaluate performance and provide feedback.
• Coach and develop team members and identify future leaders.
