• Manage a team of Proposal Specialists and oversee offshore resourcing and staffing needs.
• Establish and enforce quality controls for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other Tier 1 deliverables.
• Partner with sales leadership to align priorities with pipeline needs and provide operational recommendations.
• Champion AI, automation, and approved technologies across the proposal lifecycle and measure adoption and impact.
