Somewhere is seeking a Sales Operations & Proposal Specialist to drive AI-enabled proposal workflows for luxury events. You will convert discovery notes into high-converting ShowIt pages and manage the proposal pipeline with precision.

The role requires excellent written English, strong aesthetic sense, and comfort working asynchronously with tight SLAs across LATAM or SA time zones, reporting to the Head of Wedding Sales & Managing Partner.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, digital marketing, or proposal coordination within events, luxury hospitality, creative agencies, or modern digital brands.
• Hands-on comfort with visual drag-and-drop web builders (ShowIt a plus, or rapid adaptability with Squarespace/Webflow/WordPress).
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools for data extraction, buyer persona analysis, and copy generation.

Responsabilités

• Ingest discovery notes and draft tailored copy using AI prompts.
• Build ShowIt proposal pages with media, pricing matrices, and artist packages.
• Maintain sales trackers and SOPs, ensuring timely proposal delivery.
