Somewhere is seeking a Sales Operations & Proposal Specialist for remote roles across Latin America or South Africa. You will convert discovery notes into AI-assisted, high-end proposals on ShowIt, delivering 80-90% drafts within hours after calls, under the guidance of the Head of Wedding Sales & Managing Partner.

The role requires excellent written English, strong design sense, and prompt-engineering comfort to keep the sales engine moving with minimal oversight.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales operations, digital marketing, or proposal coordination in events, luxury hospitality, or creative agencies.
• Hands-on with visual drag-and-drop builders (ShowIt a plus, or Squarespace/Webflow/WordPress).
• Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for data extraction, persona analysis, and copy generation.
• Exceptional written English with sleek, persuasive copywriting.
• Reliable home workstation with fast internet and power backup.

Responsabilidades

• AI-driven proposal construction and ShowIt page building to draft tailored, high-converting proposals quickly.
• Coordinate professional updates across multi-stakeholder channels and ensure tone aligns with luxury branding.
• Maintain sales trackers, proposal statuses, and client notes in Google Workspace and CRM, refining prompts and templates.
