Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) leads a distributed production engine to deliver scalable outcomes for clients. As Program Management Director, you will own the operating model, platforms and processes that turn a large, distributed team into a high-throughput, continuously improving production engine.

You’ll partner with the technology team to implement automation and AI, and report directly to senior leadership on efficiency and ROI.

Formación

Experience in operations leadership, production management, or process transformation roles.
Proven track record of standing up or transforming an operational function.
Experience identifying and implementing process automation.
Hands-on experience implementing and driving adoption of workflow management platforms.
Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

Lead onboarding of ~150 team members onto a new workflow platform, driving adoption and change management.
Define and configure 50+ distinct delivery workflows within the platform.
Establish operational standards and governance to create a disciplined production system.
Drive continuous improvement, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation and AI enhancements.
