Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) seeks a Program Management Director to own the operating model for a large distributed unit, partnering with the technology team to implement automation and AI, and reporting to senior leadership on efficiency, throughput, and ROI in this capability.

Day-to-day you will lead onboarding of ~150 team members to a new workflow platform, define 50+ workflows, set governance, drive continuous improvement, and champion data-driven decisions across the organization.

Formación

• Experience leading operations in creative or production-focused environments.
• Proven track record transforming manual processes into standardized, tech-enabled workflows.
• Experience automating processes in partnership with technology teams.
• Hands-on rollout of workflow platforms across large teams.
• Comfortable in high-volume, deadline-driven settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding of ~150 team members to new workflow platform.
• Define and configure 50+ delivery workflows.
• Establish operational standards, governance, and ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Identify steps, phases, or handoffs for inefficiencies.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities with technology.
• Identify and implement AI augmentation opportunities with tech.
• Foster measurement and continuous improvement culture.
