Publicis Global Delivery seeks an Operations Director to lead a modern, AI-enabled production unit. You will own the operating model, partner with the technology team to implement automation and AI, and report on efficiency and throughput to senior leadership.

You'll drive onboarding of ~150 staff, configure 50+ workflows, and establish governance that turns ad hoc processes into a disciplined production system across distributed teams.

Formación

• Experience in operations leadership or transformation roles in creative/production environments.
• Proven ability to stand up or transform an operational function with technology-enabled processes.
• Hands-on experience deploying workflow/work management platforms across large teams.
• Experience driving process automation in partnership with technology/engineering.
• Experience leading change and platform adoption across distributed teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting with multiple workstreams.
• Systems-thinking mindset to break complex ops into repeatable components.
• Experience coordinating across geographically distributed teams.
• Interest in applying AI to operational challenges as a core lever for efficiency

• Defining and configuring 50+ delivery workflows—mapped, standardized, repeatable.
• Establishing governance and standards to turn manual processes into a disciplined system.
• Identifying inefficiencies and driving automation with the tech team.
• Exploring AI augmentation opportunities to improve speed, quality and consistency.
• Fostering a culture of measurement and continuous improvement across the unit.
