Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) in Bogotá seeks an Operations Director to lead the unit's operating model, partnering with technology to drive automation and AI enhancements. You will own scalable workflows, standards, and a high-throughput production engine across a distributed team, reporting to senior leadership on efficiency and ROI.

You will lead large-scale change, onboard a substantial workforce onto new systems, and drive continuous improvement while shaping governance and measurement

Formación

• Experience in operations leadership or production management, preferably in a creative agency or production environment.
• Proven ability to stand up and transform an operational function using technology-enabled processes.
• Hands-on experience with workflow management platforms across large teams.
• Experience automating processes in partnership with technology or engineering teams.
• Experience leading change and driving platform adoption across distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to report to senior leadership.
• Comfort operating in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with multiple workstreams.
• Structured, systems-thinking mindset for breaking complex operations into repeatable components.

Responsabilidades

• Standing up the operating model for the unit.
• Onboarding ~150 team members onto a new workflow management platform and driving adoption.
• Defining and configuring 50+ distinct delivery workflows within the platform.
• Establishing governance and ways of working to create a disciplined production system.
• Driving continuous improvement across workflows and processes.
• Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within steps and handoffs.
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities in partnership with the tech team.
• Identifying and implementing AI augmentation opportunities with technology teams.
• Building a culture of measurement and continuous improvement across the unit.
