Job summary

DHL Corporate Procurement in Bogotá seeks a Procurement Associate to support national and international acquisitions, supplier search, market research, and contract compliance. You will coordinate with multiple departments and oversee bids, contracts, and document updates to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in BA, Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
• 1-2 year experience in purchasing assistant or relevant.
• Experience in BSC certification.
• English Knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Search for and select national or international suppliers meeting quality requirements.
• Manage documents to ensure supplier participation in bidding and coordination of visits.
• Review contracts and identify key terms (payments, delivery timelines, obligations).
• Coordinate catalog updates and adjust rates for services or products.
• Ensure necessary individuals sign contracts using Docusign and verify accuracy.
• Create a formal proposal by extracting supplier information and preparing Excel comparisons.
• Maintain updated supplier documentation for audits (BACS, ISO, BASC).
• Establish close contact with local and regional units to align on demand and service quality.
