Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team. The role focuses on transforming complex enterprise data into strategic insights to drive decisions, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives.
The position offers remote options with locations in Colombia (Bogotá) or Mexico, and a path for continuous learning and growth within a global leader
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or business intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and data manipulation tools (Python, R, or advanced Excel/VBA).
- Direct experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
- Advanced written and verbal English communication with executive presentation experience.
Responsibilities
- Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP( SAP, Oracle) and P2P systems into a single truth source.
- Automate dashboards and analytics; build BI dashboards and predictive models.
- Identify savings and category opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses.
- Validate EBITDA savings with Finance; align reductions with budgets.
