Job summary

DHL Bogota, part of Deutsche Post DHL Group, is seeking an Experienced Professional Purchasing to join our Contract Management Center in Bogota, Colombia. In this role you will support Procurement with analytical insights including spend analysis, data interpretation, and contract administration.

Your tasks include CAF administration, ensuring signatory approvals, catalog updates, rate adjustments, and using GoSource/Go Shield to streamline processes to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in purchasing assistant or relevant role.
• Bachelor’s degree in BA, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced Portuguese required.
• English knowledge is a plus; BSC certification experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administration of CAF - Contract - Addendum - Terminations.
• Ensure all required signatories approve documents.
• Verify document accuracy before sending for signature.
• Ensure platform access for all parties involved.
• Incorporate new items into the catalog and update rates.
• Remove services or products no longer offered.
• GoSource: verify information and download documents.
• Go Shield: submit ticket requests.
• Take corrective and preventative actions to meet customer expectations.

Job Purpose:

DHL is looking for a Experienced Professional Purchasing, to join our Contract Management Center (CMC) team in Bogota, Colombia. In this role, you will support Procurement by providing analytical support with sourcing initiatives including but not limited to:

• Contract Management
• Data collection, preparation, and interpretation.
• Spend analysis.
• Analytical support to procurement management and staff.

Your tasks:

• Administration of CAF - Contract - Addendum - Terminations.
• Ensure that all necessary individuals in the contract, addendum, presentations, among others, sign the document.
• Verify that the document has no errors and that all modifications or additions are accurately reflected before sending it for signature.
• Check that all parties have access to the platform and know how to use it.
• Incorporate new items into the catalog.
• Modify or adjust rates for existing services or products.
• Remove services or products that are no longer offered or that were not continued in the contract.
• GoSource: Verify information and download documents.
• Go Shield: Submit ticket requests.
• Takes corrective and preventative actions to ensure deliveries are at or above customer expectations

Your profile:

• 2 years of experience in purchasing assistant or relevant
• Bachelor’s degree in BA, Industrial Engineer or equivalent
• Advanced Portuguese required
• Experience in BSC certification
• English Knowledge (is a plus)
