Johnson & Johnson Bogotá Capability Center seeks a Sr. Supervisor - PBS with strong HR/Finance operations focus on Payroll and Time Management. Lead payroll delivery, audits, and automation initiatives across multi-country scopes.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and establishment of digital capabilities to optimize payroll processes and reporting.

Formación

• Strong English language verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience with payroll processes, month-end, quarter-end, or year-end remittances.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure payroll data interfaces into the payroll system before deadline.
• Manage accounting, payments, Time & Attendance, and incentive components.
• Lead payroll solution delivery and automation initiatives.
