Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, HR or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 7 years in Payroll, Time & Attendance, or related transformation roles.
• Experience leading global payroll implementations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• Hands-on with payroll platforms and data migration, integrations, and audit readiness.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define the global payroll product roadmap across platforms and integrations.
• Act as Business Product Owner for payroll-enabled solutions across functions.
• Lead global payroll separation and transformation initiatives.
• Develop transition plans for design, testing, and adoption.
