Lean Solutions Group in Bogotá seeks an Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end ocean export shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and billing. You will coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to maintain data in logistics systems.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in ocean freight operations or freight forwarding, knowledge of export docs, and experience with CargoWise or similar systems.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in ocean freight export operations.
• Knowledge of export documentation and ocean export processes.
• Experience with logistics systems, preferably CargoWise.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ocean export shipments from booking to completion.
• Set up and update shipments in CargoWise.
• Manage export documentation and booking instructions.
• Monitor cut-off dates and shipment milestones.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams.
• Support billing processes and ensure accurate financial information.
• Track shipments and follow up on pending information or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely system updates.
