O-I seeks an Order to Cash Manager to set the global strategy and govern the end-to-end O2C process. You will lead transformation through standardization, simplification, and automation while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Treasury to drive a roadmap, establish KPIs, and implement governance and change management across geographies. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field.
• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and ability to lead through influence.
• 7+ years of experience in a GBS/multi‑functional shared services environment.
• Experience partnering with cross functional teams including Commercial, Finance, IT, Treasury, HR, Audit and external MSPs.
• Ability to drive transformation and lead change management for new systems implementations.
• Experience with SAP, C4C CRM, credit management solutions, and customer service telephony platforms.
• Working knowledge of SOX and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Define the long-term Order to Cash vision and transformation roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional governance with Commercial Leaders and Country Groups.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for end-to-end performance and compliance.
• Own global O2C policies and controls to ensure governance and consistency.
• Drive policy adoption and change management across regions.
• Utilize analytics to provide actionable insights and drive improvements.
• Lead global initiatives to optimize O2C through automation and innovation.
• Mentor a global team of process experts and MSPs.
