O-I is seeking an experienced SAP IT professional to define functional requirements for the SAP system within the SD domain. You will provide full lifecycle support and create system documentation, including operating procedures and design specifications.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure accurate requirements and successful implementation across order-to-cash processes. Proficiency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience supporting business-enabled processes in SAP.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation.
• In-depth SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) knowledge including order, delivery, invoicing, pricing, and customer master data.
• Hands-on experience with eDocument Cockpit and tax reporting in SAP.
• EDI experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management is a plus.

• Works with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand requirements in detail.
• Serves as primary IT contact and lead for customer-facing projects.
• Leads the transition of requirements to designers with clear understanding.
• Translates requirements into test conditions and expected results for testing.
• Participates in quality reviews of designs and requirements artifacts.
• Troubleshoots, debugs, and tests existing solutions for business continuity.
• Collaborates with IT teams for integration and cross-functional needs.
• Designs solutions that support the commercial and order-to-cash processes.
