O-I, a global leader in glass packaging, seeks an Order to Cash Manager to define strategy, govern end-to-end processes, and drive transformation across regions. You will standardize, automate, and ensure compliance while partnering with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Treasury.

This role embeds in Global Business Services, leads a cross-functional governance team, and translates strategy into executable plans, KPIs, and improvements, with a focus on cash flow and DSO, supplier relationships, and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field.
• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and change leadership.
• 7+ years in a Global Business Services environment with cross-functional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the high‑level Order to Cash strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Lead global initiatives to standardize, automate, and improve the O2C process.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure governance, risk control, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, IT, Treasury, and other functions.
• Develop talent, manage external partnerships, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with SAP, CRM, and banking platforms to optimize cash flow and DSO.
