Owens-Illinois (O-I) seeks an Order to Cash Manager to lead the end-to-end O2C process strategy, governance, and transformation across regions. The role focuses on standardization, automation, and operational excellence, partnering with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Treasury to drive cash flow improvements.

Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, owning O2C policies, and coaching a global team of experts and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field.
• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and ability to lead through influence.
• 7+ years of experience working in a GBS/multi-functional shared services environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and change-management abilities.
• Excellent analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the long-term vision for the Order to Cash process across geographies and functions.
• Develop and maintain a global transformation roadmap focused on digital enablement and standardization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure end-to-end performance.
• Own global O2C policies and controls ensuring governance and compliance.
• Lead global initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize O2C through innovation.
