Legend is seeking an experienced Group Head of Finance to transform its international finance function. You will lead a 25+ person team across multiple locations, driving the operating model, controls, automation and scalable processes for revenue, reporting and payroll.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, manage post-acquisition integration, and deliver measurable improvements while balancing BAU and transformation priorities.

Formación

• Qualified ACA/ICAS/ACCA with senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-location finance teams across functions.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, AP, AR, Treasury and Payroll.
• Proven track record in transformation, automation and controls.
• Experience with acquisition integration advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 25+ person, multi-location finance function across Financial Reporting, AP, AR, Treasury and Payroll.
• Evolve the finance operating model with processes, systems, controls and data flows.
• Redesign core finance processes, standardise and automate workflows.
• Establish ownership, KPIs and SLAs with data-driven improvements.
• Lead through managers and engage senior stakeholders across Legend and Group.
• Navigate post-acquisition integration aligning reporting, controls and systems.
