O-I seeks an Order to Cash Manager to define and lead the global O2C strategy, aligning with worldwide commercial and financial goals. The role drives transformation through standardization, automation, and governance, ensuring risk and compliance across regions.

You'll manage a cross-functional governance team, partner with Finance, IT, and Treasury, and deliver measurable improvements in cash flow and DSO while fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field.
• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and ability to lead through influence.
• 7+ years of experience in a GBS/multi-functional shared services environment.
• Experience partnering with cross functional teams including Commercial, Country Group Leadership, Finance, Treasury, IT, Procurement, HR, Audit and external MSPs.
• Experience with implementing Global processes and usage of SAP, C4C CRM, credit management solutions, and customer service telephony platforms.
• Strong leadership, change management, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define the long-term vision for the Order to Cash process and align with enterprise goals.
• Develop a global transformation roadmap focused on digital enablement and standardization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure end-to-end performance and compliance.
• Own global Order to Cash policies and governance, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Lead a global team of process experts and manage external Managed Services.
