Job summary

O-I, a global leader in glass packaging, seeks a Global Process Owner for Order to Cash to define and drive the end-to-end O2C strategy across regions. You will lead a cross‑functional governance team, standardize processes, and enable automation with Commercial, Finance, IT and Supply Chain partners.

This remote role requires senior influence, strong analytics and a proven record of global process improvements in shared services.

Qualifications

• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and ability to lead through influence.
• 7+ years of experience in a GBS/multi-functional shared services environment including Master Data Management, Opportunity to Cash, Commercial Support, Record to Report.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, IT and Treasury to drive global processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term O2C vision across geographies and delivery locations.
• Develop and maintain a global transformation roadmap focused on digital enablement and process standardization.
• Own global O2C policies and controls ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Lead global initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize the O2C process through innovation and agile execution.
• Mentor and develop a global team of process experts and change agents.
