Job summary

DHL Express seeks an OTC CX Senior Manager to own the end-to-end Order to Cash process globally, driving cash performance and customer-centric strategies. You will partner with Finance VPs, influence C-level decisions, and lead digital transformation initiatives across regions.

Lead high-performing teams, establish KPIs, and mitigate credit/compliance risks while delivering sustainable growth and improved working capital.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in OTC, Finance Operations, or Working Capital.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with regional or global scope.
• Strong expertise in cash flow, DSO, and revenue protection.
• Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading transformation and digitalization initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).

About The Role

As an OTC CX Senior Manager, you will own the end-to-end Order to Cash process, driving operational excellence, cash performance, and customer-centric strategies across regions. You will act as a key partner to the Finance VP, influencing strategic decisions and leading initiatives that strengthen working capital, reduce risk, and support sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and define the global Order to Cash strategy aligned with business goals
• Drive working capital optimization (DSO reduction, cash flow improvement)
• Lead credit management, billing, collections, disputes, and cash application processes
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to improve commercial and cash outcomes
• Lead digital transformation initiatives (ERP, automation, analytics, AI, RPA)
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks
• Anticipate and mitigate financial, credit, and compliance risks
• Act as escalation point for critical customers and complex disputes
• Build and lead high-performing global teams
