Job summary

O-I is seeking an Order to Cash Manager to define the global strategy for the end-to-end O2C process and drive continuous improvement across regions. The role sits within Global Business Services and partners with Commercial Leaders, Finance, IT and Treasury to standardize and automate processes while ensuring governance and compliance.

The candidate will lead a cross-functional governance team, translate strategy into executable plans, and oversee transformation initiatives with a focus on cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field.
• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and ability to lead through influence.
• 7+ years of experience in GBS/multi-functional shared services including Master Data Management, Opportunity to Cash, Commercial Support, Record to Report.
• Proven ability to partner with cross functional teams including Commercial, Finance, IT, Treasury, Procurement and external MSPs.
• Experience leading global OT to Cash processes and managing internal and external teams.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L and working capital.
• Experience with SAP, C4C CRM, credit management solutions and customer service platforms.
