TMF Group is a global provider of administrative services with a presence in over 125 offices. The role involves managing projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining plans, and ensuring on-time delivery while upholding quality standards.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience and familiarity with HRP, A&T or GEM. The position offers world-wide collaboration and opportunities for career development.

Formación

• 3–5 years relevant experience; performs a range of straightforward assignments, resolves problems using prescribed guidelines with moderate guidance.
• Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T or GEM (asset)
• Demonstrated experience maintaining project artefacts (plans, RAID basics, actions) and coordinating stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned project or operational activities end-to-end within defined scope
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines, quality standards and requirements
• Support development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders and workstreams
• Act as point of contact for assigned tasks or stakeholders
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly
• Identify and resolve standard problems using existing guidelines
• Escalate complex issues appropriately
• Contribute to improving processes and tools within the team
• Support onboarding of new team members when required
