You will shape business strategy, accelerate profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and build high-performing teams across the country while fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing complex business operations.
• Proven full P&L accountability experience.
• Strong experience in commercial leadership, operations, customer service, and distribution environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth, business transformation, and organizational development.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute growth strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and market leadership.
• Lead commercial, operational, service, and logistics functions for efficient execution.
• Own full P&L including revenue growth, margin, budget, and cost optimization.
• Identify new market opportunities through channel expansion and strategic initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all functions.
• Build and retain leadership teams and promote a high-performance culture.
• Lead transformation and change management initiatives across the country.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions for disciplined execution.
