Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Global Forwarding Agent in Bogotá to support international logistics operations with the United States, coordinating shipments and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Understand international shipping processes from PO to delivery.
• Respond to customer requests using basic industry knowledge.
• Coordinate shipment tasks to meet customer SOPs.
• Ensure data integrity in shipments (details, INCOterms, routing, dates, documents).
• Learn pricing and prepare low to medium complexity quotes.
• Communicate clearly with customers, CHR offices, agents, and vendors.
• Support collaboration across CHR network and leadership.
• Adhere to customer SOPs and team procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
