Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Global Forwarding Agent in Bogotá to coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and support compliance. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, data integrity, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

You will help deliver seamless international logistics solutions, strengthen the global network, and contribute to the growth of forwarding operations while working five days a week in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in English written and verbal.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Understand international shipping processes from PO issuance through cargo delivery.
• Coordinate shipments and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain data integrity of shipment details, routing, dates and documents.
• Communicate clearly with customers, CHR offices, agents and outside vendors.
• Support pricing activities and prepare low to medium complexity quotes.
