Qualifications

• Fluent English communication is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Preferred: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Understand international shipping processes from PO issuance to cargo delivery.
• Respond to customer requests using basic industry knowledge.
• Coordinate shipments to meet customer SOP requirements.
• Maintain data integrity for shipments (details, INCOterms, routing, dates, documents).
• Learn pricing and prepare low to medium complexity quotes.
• Communicate clearly with Customers, CHR offices, Agents, and Vendors.
• Collaborate with CHR network across departments and leadership.
