Visa University seeks a senior, commercially minded Learning Consultant to drive client growth across LAC by converting learning needs into AI-enabled capability-building programs. The role partners with clients and Visa teams to diagnose skill gaps, package existing curriculum, tailor solutions, and build skills for the evolving payments and AI ecosystem.

Formación

• 8+ years in learning, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning preferred.
• Colombia-based or eligible to work in Colombia.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end development and commercialization of Visa University learning solutions across assigned LAC markets.
• Identify business goals, capability gaps, and priority learning needs with clients and internal teams.
• Package Visa University, VCA, AI, and cross-functional assets into ready-to-deploy programs.
• Track pipeline, revenue, expenses, margins, and deal progress.
