Gallagher in Bogotá is seeking an experienced project leader to own a cross-country portfolio covering marketing, sales initiatives, and business growth. You will design plans, coordinate multiple teams across countries, and deliver clear progress updates to leadership.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience with cross-functional projects, strong communication, and the ability to move initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment. Advanced English is required; French is a plus.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple countries.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Advanced English; French is helpful.
• Experience using project management tools to track tasks and timelines across several teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of cross-country projects for the MBM EB Alliances leadership team.
• Coordinate with MBM, Talent, GBS, GGB, and GGN to keep delivery moving.
• Support content creation for sales, marketing campaigns, and market materials.
