Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of HR operations or shared services experience.
• Experience handling complex HR inquiries and case management.
• Advanced English and ability to support stakeholders globally.
• Proficiency with Excel and HR service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for HR operations, payroll, rewards, talent development and employee relations.
• Resolve complex inquiries and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Monitor cases and queues to meet SLAs and prioritize work.
• Review output for quality, accuracy, and compliance with processes.
• Lead onboarding, cross-training, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Provide coaching and functional guidance to colleagues.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and experience.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders on governance, escalations, and reporting.
